1 | Oat flakes | 30 g |

2 | Milk | 80 g |
3 | Salt | to taste |
4 | Banana | to taste |
5 | Blueberries | to taste |

1 | Prepare the oatmeal. Add salt to milk and start boiling. Add the oatmeal and cook for about 8 minutes. | |
